I worked on several characters. Although I did'nt come up with the design or initial models, I had the chance to improve some. The ones on the left are the original models, the ones on the right are the improved models. I was'nt allowed to spend long, or stray from the original concept as they still had to be recognisable as that character. Most improvements took half a day at most and involved making sure they were of the right proportions, had more geometery on their joints (such as elbows) or had better textures.
