Kurt the Wolf

This is Kurt the Wolf. A dubious looking hero who does'nt know when to stop eating, but whos heart is in the right place. I got fed up with drawing heroic body builder types and decided to draw a hero who does'nt look like Brad Pitt or Huge Jackman. Why do all fantasy heroes have to be good looking anyway? He carries a vicious barbed sword and has had his hand replaced with a hook.

The first picture of Kurt is in a slightly cartoonier, comicbook style.

The second picture is more realistic.

The third picture is an early sketch of Kurts face. Quite an 80's looking haircut, though that was unintentional. Hes slimmer looking too.

The last picture is created in photoshop. Its not completely finished. It is an experiment with masks to create a GTA style image. It has over 50 layers.
